Theresa received her Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis and is also a certified ergonomic assessment specialist. She has worked extensively with adolescents and adults with musculoskeletal conditions, work related injuries, and athletic movement disorders / impairments.

Theresa brings extensive experience and has been a practicing physical therapist in the Springfield and surrounding areas for years. Her experience has primarily been in owning and managing private practices in addition to working in the hospital setting and consulting to industry. Her experiences have driven her to be cognizant of the variety of factors required to accomplish best results in a cost efficient manner, such as home exercise programs, education/training, and obtaining outcomes in the least amount of time.

She has extensive industry experience collaborating with employers and insurance carriers in developing functional job descriptions, defining essential functions, creating and performing fitness for duty evaluations, assessing high risk jobs, developing light duty programs, working with reasonable accommodations, and performing health and safety education. Theresa utilizes her expertise in optimizing quality movement and decreasing risk when performing onsite job analysis and ergonomic evaluations.
