Therapy 360 believes in developing relationships with physicians, nurses, case managers, insurance adjustors/third party administrators, employers, and attorneys when providing services from a new hire to a safe & healthy work force to injuries to return to work processes.

SCREENING
Post Offer Functional Screening
Following a conditional offer of employment, a post offer functional screen is completed. Therapy 360 will perform testing, based on the essential job demands, to assure that the applicant is capable of performing the physical demands of the job in order to stay safe and reduce the risk of injury.

Job Site Assessments
Therapy 360 evaluates an employee’s workstation / job site in a variety of settings including office, industrial and healthcare environments. Depending on the purpose of the assessment, appropriate tools may include OSHA survey tools (W-1, D-2 and WAC), REBA, RULA and Rodgers Muscle Fatigue Index.
WORK INJURIES
Work Related Injuries
One of the primary goals of Therapy 360 is to help you contain the cost
of employee injuries and drive your insurance costs down along with obtaining best medical care to improve functional outcomes of the employees. Although being pro-active in preventing injuries is the ultimate goal, when there is an injury, Therapy 360 assists in getting your employees healthy and back to work as soon as possible.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Reasonable Accommodation Assistance
Once obtaining consent, Therapy 360 will perform the following to assess if the individual requires assistance or changes to a position or workplace that will enable an employee to do his or her job despite having a disability.
